01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the codvip platform — whether through the website, mobile browser, or the codvip app on Android or iOS — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use any part of the codvip platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility

To register and use codvip, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. codvip strictly prohibits use by anyone under 21.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity — not on behalf of a third party or commercial entity.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under applicable law.

codvip reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be operated by ineligible individuals will be suspended and the account balance handled in accordance with applicable procedures.

03 Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one account on the codvip platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under your own name or another identity — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. codvip will communicate with you using the contact information held on your account, so it is your responsibility to ensure this information remains accurate.

Account security is your responsibility. You must:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with anyone.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Notify codvip support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Complete identity verification (KYC) when requested — this is required before withdrawals can be processed.

codvip uses OTP (one-time password) verification and SSL encryption to protect account access and financial transactions. These security measures do not reduce your personal responsibility for maintaining login confidentiality.

04 Deposits and Transactions

All deposits on codvip are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no foreign currency option. Deposits may be made through accepted Philippine payment methods, including online banking, bank transfers (such as InstaPay and PESONet), and supported local e-wallets.

A minimum deposit amount applies — this is displayed in the Deposit section of your account. Deposits are credited to your PHP gaming balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.

codvip does not accept deposits via credit cards or cryptocurrency. All deposits must come from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party funding — deposits made from an account belonging to another person — is not permitted and may result in account suspension.

codvip is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or Philippine banking systems. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account held in your own name — the same individual whose identity has been verified on the codvip account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC verification. This involves submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID. KYC is a one-time process per account.

A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in your account. Withdrawals are subject to processing times that vary depending on the payment method selected. codvip aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times may be affected by banking and payment provider schedules.

Bonus funds and wagering-related balances are subject to the terms of the specific promotion under which they were awarded. Real PHP balance (from your own deposits and net cash winnings) can be withdrawn once KYC is complete.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on codvip are subject to the individual game rules and sportsbook rules applicable to each product. These are accessible within the relevant game or betting section of the platform.

In sports betting, all wagers are final once confirmed. Bet settlement follows the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. For live in-play bets, codvip reserves the right to suspend markets at any time due to technical issues or data reliability concerns.

In the event of a technical fault, game error, or system malfunction that results in an incorrect payout, codvip reserves the right to void affected bets and reverse any erroneously credited funds. Winnings obtained as a result of a platform error are not valid and will be recovered.

Promotional offers are intended for recreational players. codvip reserves the right to decline or revoke promotional credits from accounts where patterns of bonus abuse — including multi-accounting, coordinated betting, or other forms of exploitation — are identified.

General principles that apply across most codvip promotions:

• One promotional offer per household, device, or shared IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses must be opted into before the qualifying deposit is made, unless the offer is automatically applied.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be played through in accordance with the stated wagering requirement before resulting winnings become withdrawable.
• Unused bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is met are forfeited without compensation.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the codvip platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform for any fraudulent, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or system faults for financial gain.
• Coordinated betting with the intent of arbitraging or exploiting promotions.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
• Facilitating or permitting access to your account by minors under 21 years of age.

codvip cooperates fully with law enforcement and relevant regulatory authorities. Any fraudulent activity detected on the platform will be referred to the appropriate authorities.

09 Responsible Gaming

codvip is committed to providing an online gaming environment that encourages responsible behaviour. The platform provides tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion.
